Question about JVC XV-S302 DVD Player

1 Answer

DVD XV-S302 I have a JVC DVD bought in 2001 or 2001 with remote RM-SXV001A. I have 2 problems and I no longer have th manuals for either. 1. My DVD was plyaing movies fine until this weekend. we put in a disc and it it asked if we want to unlock the parental block. We never set one. So I don't have a password and I can figure out how to delete or change the block. We ended up puting in 0000 for the passcode and it started to play the movie but now, 2nd problem kicks in, 2. Movie playing, no sound I tried to put in another disc to see if I get the same problem.... 2nd disc did not bring up the parental block but still not sound. Help!
