Question about Citizen Skyhawk Eco-Drive JR306059F Wrist Watch
I just had this problem. Put it to the chronograph, pull out the crown to the 3rd position, press the A+B buttons at the same time until everything on the display comes on.
Push the crown back in and the watch will be totally reset. Should be fine after that.

Worked 100% thanks old watch is alive.....
Same problem after not wearing watch for a few months the watch had no charge. Placed the watch next to incandescent light for 1 hour. Watch started flashing. I used the above trick and it is now working and fully charged. Thanks so much.
