Question about Sub-Zero 611 / O Bottom Freezer Refrigerator
1. Water is leaking out of the small holes on the back of the fridge; cannot open the bottom freezer door anymore; it seems stuck; temperature of the freezer: 5; fridge: 35. Whats the problem?
Sounds as though the defrost system has failed or the freezer defrost drain is blocked. take off the back panel of the freezer and see if excess ice build up. if so, defrost carefully with a hairdryer. at bottom is a drain. check if blocked with ice and if so melt off with hot water till water flows away freely. if i'm right, appliance will start to work. if fault re-occure then defrost system is at fault

I have the same problem. The freezer will not open. Thus, I cannot take the back panel off as suggested since it is built in. Any other suggestions?
My fridge door was open for an extended period of time while I was cleaning it. Now it has shut itself off. Freezer is working fine. How do I get it to turn back on
