Hardware Hi, I am having a second child and can not find the hardware for my kinderkraft 710 crib. Where can I get a new set?

    I have one of your cribs and took it apart while moving and lost some brackets. The serial number is 02 39844 and the model no is 5103. Please help me.

I called babies r us and they gave me this number to a place where you can get replacement parts for Kinderkraft.

800 722 -1041

I ordered what I needed.

I purchased a 3 in 1 from a friend, and the bar that holds the side rail up and allows it to adjust is broken. The 800-722-1041 number for parts has been disconnected. Does anyone know where I can get another one. Model # 5103, serial # 0236176, Lot #262-01

The number is a little wrong on here, the correct number is 1800-772-1041 or 1800-205-9642 The place is called Products America
And yes they where able to help.

I have the same problem. It says on the warning label "do not use crib if any parts are missing or broken. Ask your dealer or write to kinderkraft for replacement parts and instructoal literature if needed. Do not use substitue parts."

Has your kinderkraft Crib been affected by the latest recall of cribs
Hello. The type of hardware Kinderkraft was using is not part of the recall. The recall is regarding the two hand trigger release plastic hardware. What Kinderkraft used is the lift and push type plastic hardware which as of yet has not had any recalls.

Side rail falls off
Sounds like you may either be missing a piece of the moving side hardware, or have an item installed backwards (the moving side components are left and right orientation). had the same problem. Their site seems to be hijacked by someone else. But you can use this site: http://www.archive.org/web/web.php which keeps a copy of old pages on the internet.
