To much water in brew

Hello. It sounds to me like you need to adjust the programming, here is a link to some user manuals, that do not look exactly like your model, but should be similar enough for what you need. It looks like the site for the manufacture is not active at the moment, but you can call the toll free support number, technical support may be able to solve your problem simply, and at no cost. If you have your user manual, I would call there first.

Hope that helped a little, and thank you.

Saeco Incanto power loss.

You either have two things i think, my first thought is a leak.
The two most usall leaks on a incanto is either from the boiler or the steamvalve.

alitle more long shot is a defective fuse on the bioler.

The machine won't stop asking for it to ventilate

Machine is not recognizing that what is going through the machine. It could be due to a flow issue or and part malfunction.
If the Water is coming out from the steam wand in a steady stream then your flow sensor may be bad or clogged.
First thing I would do if you haven’t is the descaling procedure. You may have a calcium block which is causing the issue.

For Instructions on how to descale refer to the user manual for your espresso machine. You can find Saeco Manuals online at http://cerinicoffee.com/Saeco_User_manuals_free.asp

Brand new Incanto Classic bought online, not working after 1 month

First, machine should be under warrantee- check with 1800myjuicer.com
Sounds also like you have blockage in the steam wand- every time you froth milk, you should let some water come out- to prevent clogging. Try first inserting a pin into steam want ( machine turned off) to see if that alleviates the problem. Also contact
Saeco USA Inc.at 800-933-7876 (toll-free), ask for customer support, or contact SAECO via e-mail at : [email protected]
