This will help you in your problem. 1. Turn on your pc 2. Installed the Mouse Driver on your system pc. (NOTE! if it has a CD or DVD Disk included on it ). (But if the product don't have a CD or DVD disk, you can proceed to the 3rd step.3. Plug the receiver to the USB port on your system unit.
4. Plug the battery to the mouse. (follow the instruction for the the battery. cause it contain + sign and - negative sign.

No lights on keyboard

If this is a wireless keyboard, then you should check the batteries.
Also, you need to press the "connect" button on the bottom of each device and, if the antenna has a connect button, push it first.
If you still have no luck, unplug the antenna and plug it back in.
There should be lights on the keyboard if the numlock is pressed, if the caps lock is pressed, or if the scroll lock is pressed.

Nexxtech wireless keyboard and mouse purchased on 2/11/08 from circuit city, model NX2 keyboard will not work, batteries changed, start up disk reran

On your keyboard somewhere, there is a very small indented button. You can press this button with the tip of a ballpoint pen. Press this button momentarily, then release it. this will make the keyboard search for the channel that your iending unit is on. If this doesn't help, try pushing the button on the keyboard, the sending unit and the mouse one after the other. These Buttons can usually be found on the bottoms of the units.

I have a new mouse, nexxtech not wireless, it does not function. Are there any drivers I made need?

You will need to install the disk that came with the mouse. If you do not have that then you can go to the manufacturers website under the support section and download the drivers/software from there. Hope this helps & please remember to rate my answer. Thanks.

NexxTech mouse... cursor wanders by itself

Make sure that you do not have any items that have a blue tooth option around the mouse. It causes interference which the mouse receiver has to pick up causing it to wander to the top of the screen.

Wireless keyboard

When it comes to installation disks, driver disks, and other operational disks, a replacement one can usually be purchased and/or downloaded directly from the manufacturer's website. So in your case, you could check out the Mac site or the Nexxtech site for further information. If you're still at a loss, contact their costomer service. I'm sure if this issue has happened to you, it has most likely happened to someone else as well, and they should be able to help you out. And, if by chance, this disk was supposed to be included with the keyboard yet failed to be inside the packaging, it may be just be a fluke and you can get one if you ask. Hope this helps, but it is only a suggestion.

My Mouse died

Did you check the batteries to see if they are good. Some individuals are having to replace the batteries sooner then they should have to. Good place to start. Hope this helps. Bud
