Computer wont pick up my mp3

Have you got the cable that go's between the mp3 and the computer ?. If you have then that is haw you charge up your mp3 player, you can leave it hocked up to your computer while it is charging.

Check the NEXTAR website. There should be a number to call depending on you're residence. DO NOT RETURN IT TO THE STORE! YOU WONT GET YOURE MONEY.

Your tracks are likely corrupt. Rip them again from the CD (you know, the one you should legitimately use for listening to songs on an mp3 player).

If not, make sure your headphones aren't being pulled out, and make sure the player isn't dying.

yea u can recharge your mp3 player all you do is use the cord that u use to transport music to the mp3 hook it up to the computer put your mp3 player on it then just leave it alone && it will be get charged

First remove the battery to reset the phone, and check if the problem is still there.

If the phone is under three months old you can call the phone provider, or Nextar, at the number listed on manual, and get the phone replaced.

If you do not want to replace the phone, go to a phone shop, test a replacement cable and ask to test the battery.

if it takes a battery it wont charge the battery you have to change it when it runs out

I PLUGGED IN MY MP3 PLAYER TO THE COMPUTER AND THE SCREEN ON MY MP3 PLAYER LIGHTS UP BUT the normal screen image for when you normally plug it into the computer ISN'T THERE AND I CAN'T ADD MUSIC ON MY MP3 PLAYER.

Best first bet is dead battery. If it is a special battery then do the costings for the repair as it may be cheaper to replace the player.

Well, this is a rare problem however I believe it isn't working due to a system error on the mp3.
