Ok so I installed frontline fuel of war and my dvd-rw went out and the site is down so i had to DL the patch now when i try to run the new patch it tells me product not found in registry? Please help

Make sure you are searching everything the game came with for the CD Key. If you are still unable to locate it I suggest returning the game for another copy. If that isn't an option then you can also purchase a CD key from - http://www.counterstrikekey.com/frontlines-fuel-of-war-cd-keys

Try uninstalling and reinstalling game,also check game website for any updates or patches.

I had the same issue with a liteon DVD drive I had. It worked fine and then one day it couldn't write to a DVD if I paid it to. I troubleshooted it for a few days, installed all the latest updates and patches and still nothing. From what I could tell, it baiscally died. So fortunately Liteons are relatively cheap so I just went out and got another LiteOn and it worked just fine. I would consider purchasing a new Drive.

or try calling Dell Tech. They normally remotely access your system and run a patch and your dvd drive will show up in Sonic/Roxio
