If you're good at soldering, Part #s STK392-570 may both be bad. If you tap on it and it works. Pull out the board with the 2 chips, (mark all the connectors) with the TV off. Replace these. You can find them on Ebay (at least to see what they look like). First go to the spot under the board where both of them are and resolder each pin avoiding bridges. Also resolder all the spots that you see the plugs you labeled at. With the TV on using one hand, with one hand in your pocket, carefully physically feel the metal heat sink the parts are connected to. If they are cold, you probably have bad fuses. They are usually beige. With the T.V. off and a meter, check these for continuity.
You have a componet out of tolerance in the green drive circuits, resistor or capacitor. If you have the service manual you should be able to take some raedings off the test points for the circuit and be able to track it down. As long as your convergence adjust properly the board has nothing to do with the new symptoms,yellow spots are associated with the blue picture tube,you can check for dirt on the face of the tube,you can check if the spots move like water when you move the unit to see if is short in fluid,be careful when checking with the back removed.You can cover the face of each tube to see if the spots are in the other colors.Let Us know if you need more help.
