Activate the diagnostic test mode to determine the functionality of the console buttons and the console electronics as a whole. Diagnostic Mode Activation Procedure
Make sure the machine is plugged and in standby mode. That is, no indicator light is on.
Press the following keypad sequence within five seconds: More Time>Less Time>More Time>Less Time. All of the indicator lights should light up and "88" is displayed.
Turn the cycle selector knob one complete rotation. When the knob points to a cycle, the corresponding indicator light should turn off and the machine should beep. Only a beep is heard when the knob points at the large spaces between the Automatic and Manual cycle groups.
A beep should be heard when a button is pressed and the indicator light corresponding to it should turn off.
Any failure on the above tests indicates a faulty console board. Please let me know the result of the test for further troubleshooting and repair guide.

When I had a similar problem, the door wouldn't unlock even after unplugging, waiting 30 minutes, and plugging the oven back in. I finally had to manually unlock the oven by turning the lock latch motor myself.
Here's a good page that describes what the lock latch motor looks like and where it's located. Of course, there is 220V current running around inside there, so please unplug before removing the back access cover and put it back on before plugging the oven back in.
My symptoms:
Oven failed to complete auto-clean cycle.
Oven started beeping; control panel showed FSE 1
About a minute after plugging in, oven started beeping and displaying FSE 1 again
Once I unlocked the door manually and plugged back in, the oven started behaving normally.
