Question about Panasonic TX-32PL10 32" TV

1 Answer

Panasonic TX-32PS5 I have just reconnected my satelite box and DVD through a Wi-Fi connection to use on another TV. now the picture keeps going off for a second or two and EC2 flashes before it comes back on again. In the process I have reduced the SCART wires to 1 as I followed the connection instructions.

Unable to reconnect to wi-fi

If you have not done so already, reset the player to factory settings and try again. If an ethernet cable connection is available, use it to get the best connection speed.

Onkyo TX-SR604: Video in from cable box has taken increasingly longer to display a picture.

I would at least disconnect all units from power for a while and then reconnect to allow the units to reboot.

Just bought a Panasonic TX-P42G10B 42in 600Hz Full HD with freesat HD built in. We currently have Sky +, but i was unwilling to pay the extra a month for the sky HD service. Therefore this tv seemed fine....

Use a good quality scart leads for starters.
connect oon end to tv and the other labeled tv on sky box. The other is labeled vcr. connect another lead from vcr or dvd to that connection.
If you have a hd dvd player or Bluray, then buy a HDMI lead and connect straight to one of the HDMI inputs on the tv. I know this is late but i hope it still helps you and anybody else who may read this.

Panasonic TX P50V10B Plasma TV

In order to get any of the Freesat channels, you need to connect a Satellite dish to your TV. If you have a Sky dish, you simply need to run an extra Cable from the LNB from the dish and connect to your socket on the back of your TV.
In order to get Freeview channels and Analogue channels, you need to connect a aerial to the back of the TV.
There is a menu option for the TV to start straight to the AV input (your Sky HD box). It is Menu > Setup > Other Settings > Power on Preference. Select 'AV' for your TV to start on Sky HD.
Also even if you have your TV to start on TV, when you turn on your Sky HD box, it should automatically switch to the Sky box.

Don't want to use receiver to turn Plasma on via Verizon DVR

You can not have a signal from cable/satelite TV when reciever is OFF.The only way is reconnect by using defferent setup configuration to illiminate the receiver.In that case you well see just regular Tv program but you should connect antena to your TV.

Can i hook up to my satelite dish direct or do i have to go thru my receiver first. Thanks; Delmar [email protected]

The satelite dish will not pass-through the video/audio from your DVD player. You will need to find an open area (preferably DVD selector) on your receiver to input the DVD video/audio. Most satelite boxes are one way devices.

Satelite box --> Receiver (satelite input)--> TV
DVD Player --> Receiver (DVD Player input) --> TV

or

Satelite box --> TV
DVD Player --> TV

Picture problems

This could be an unshielded cable problem. Also magnetisam from speaker(s)(i.e. subwoofer) could affect signal from satelite antenna, or could affect satelite receiver if it's near.
