A few weeks ago my machine was smelly and not spinning, it was recommended to me to do a hot cycle with some bleach in. This has made it work ok for a little while and at least took the smell away. Now the machine fills and emptys but doesn't do anything else. The drum doesn't turn at all. Help is really needed I have 3 kids under 5 all getting dirty.
It could be because the motor brushes are worn?
Sounds like the drum belt has come off the pully or at worse broken.quite simple to mend.good luck.
