Hi - Typically error code F30 for Frigidaire range indicates an issue with the sensor probe or the wiring harness between sensor probe and EOC. If you have already changed the sensor, I suggest checking the wiring or contacting a professional to move forward accurately. You can try resetting the unit and see if the error code will clear. You can either unplug the unit or flip the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and turn on the range. If issue continues, once again contact a professional to properly diagnose the unit.

You have a shorted probe connection. Check resistance at roomtemperature, if less than 500 ohms, replace RTD sensor probe. Check for shortedsensor probe harness between EOC and probe connector.

Frigidaire Electric range/oven that seems to be baking about 75 degrees below what the oven says it is at. Why and how to fix?

The oven temperature sensor is located in the top right or left rear of the oven on the back wall. It is about 3 inches long, silver in color. Turn off the power to the oven remove the racks. Remove the temperature sensor screws. Pull the sensor out carefully. Unplug the sensor plastic connector. Install the new sensor and secure the screws.

Oven will not come on after replacing the probe. still gives an f3 code.

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. F3 error code means the oven temperature sensor (above 3000 ohms) is open and you need to check for open wire connection between EOC (Electronic Oven Control - Clock) and the oven temperature sensor. If there is no wiring problem then you need to replace sensor. Please also check resistance of oven temperature sensor.

Please do rate the solution and revert for further assistance.

Thanks
