Hi Back up your data and then enter this to try a soft format: *#7370# This will soft reset the phone if that dosen't work then try this *#7780# (restore factory settings). If this doesn't work you have one option left: hard format. Press simultaneously Green+3+*+power on. DO NOT RELEASE ANY BUTTON UNTIL "FORMATING" IS DISPALYED!
Just turn off our phone and remove the sim card together with memory card if you have it,
push the call sign or the (green one), * sign, and 3 sign then turn the phone on while your pushing the three signs, wait until it finish while phone is formatting the system.
