Question about Bissell 1699N ProHeat Clear View Force Upright Vacuum
Hello, hoping someone can give me a suggestion. I have a Bissell 1699 Proheat Prosteamer Platinum II that is not spraying out any water. I have checked the following: 1. The belt is working as the the roller does spin. 2. Unrolled hose to see if it would come out of hose but did not. 3. Motor turns on and heat turns on 4. Removed the tiny filter where the little fly wheel spins to let you know water is coming out. (btw it doesn't spin) It almost sound like the pump that pushes the water through, but I have no clue, where it is, what this part number is, and where I can purchase it. Let me know if there is anything else I can check, or if its the pump if there is a separate pump from the motor that does turn on. Thank for anyones help!

You're right. It's the rubber belt that is probably missing from the motor. You should be able to pop off the side part and see if there is a belt running from the roller to the motor. It costs a couple of dollars to replace.
