Well, if it says update the driver then why not go to:

Download and install the latest. Worth a try anyway although everything gymowner said is 100% correct and significant. You just might not have enough horsepower to run that game.
Hi,
First you need to download and run Belarc Advisor and, under Display, it will tell what Display Adaptor you are using. It'll be nVidia or ATI or something like that. Type that into google followed by the word driver, and look for a download of the latest driver that works with your operating system.
Hope this helps

Notebook computers unless made specifically for gaming aren't able to play the graphic intense games like gears of war and games that are graphic intense, I run an sli machine with dual graphics cards, ans still cannot play on the highest graphics settings on some machines, the new motherboards are runnong 3 an 4 video cards for gaming rigs. Most notebooks run shared graphics memory and don't have a seperate card for graphics, look at the alienware notebooks, and you will see what I am talking about, unless you have a 'Gaming laptop" custom job, playing the latest games is out for most normal laptops.

Can you provide the display adapter information for your system? Here's how. Go to:
Start/Control panel/System, click the Hardware tab, click on Device Manager, and click the + sign next to display adapter.
BTW, what game are you trying to play on this? I will check on the game's specs as well for you.
