Locate and clean filter, which should be at bottom front right of washer, behind drop down or push down flap.
Unscrew anti-clockwise to remove and clean.
on my mums zanussi,, after opening door, machine had not drained and spined, closed door again could not get machine to go,, this time could not get door opened..there is power to machine.
I had the same problem, if you undo the self adjusting clip that holds the drum seal in - then pull back the top of the seal near the nozzle thats blocked, this will reveal the pipework attached to the nozzle.
Then use a pipe cleaner and push up through nozzle - the attached pipe is clear so you will see any gunge and be able to loosen the debris.
After cleaning reassemble seal then run a empty cycle which will clear the loosened debris.
