Sony ericson w810i cant recognise 1 gig memory card

SONY VAIO CAN ONLY TAKE 2 GIGABYTE.YOU HAVE 2 GIG SO I SUGGEST YOU REMOVE YOUR OLD MEMORY AND INSTALL THE NEW 2 GIG IN THE SAME PLACE THAT OLD MEMORY

Try to format the memory stick from the computer using a card reader and try formatting it using the cellphone

Hi. before connecting ur sony ericsson mobile to ur computer for transfer of songs and pictures u should first install the sony ericsson software CD. This CD will be provided along with ur purchase of mobile. after installing that software CD u are enabled to transfer pictures to ur computer..

Yes it is the problem of phone,so take this to nearest service center...

The sony ericson is limited to 128mb and won't detect a memory card lager than that.

clean the connecters on the memory card if this dosent work then blow in the hole to remove any dust that might might be affecting the phone from reading the card. but if that dont work either then take it to a phone shop and see what they say because it might need fixing thats if it can be fixed hope this has helped.

Can your laptop support 2 gigs?
