STEPS TO VERIFY ISSUE:
Turn the home circuit breaker to the unit off for 30 seconds then back on again. Then retest the unit operation.Or contact the maker direct. They are expensive units and in my experience, if you get 2 years out of them in a commercial setting, you are lucky!
F03 One or more eyes permanently pressed. Recommend that the glas be cleaned and all objects removed.<br />
Unplug the unit for one minute the plug back in if the error still remains after returning power then you will need to replace the touch control module.<br />
F12 Electronic board and touch module communication error.Unplug the unit for a couple of minutes.Restore the power if the error return then you will need to replace the board connection cable between the touch control module and electronic control. if the error remains replac ethe electronic control board. If the error comes back again replace the the touch pad.<br />
F13 Internal CPU checksum error.Recommend you replace the touch control module.<br />
F22 Key sensitivity problem.Turn power off to unit for a few minutes,if the error returns after power is restored replace the touch control module<br />

Hi Dolores, I understand that your cooktop will not turn on after receiving an error code "40". Usually this error code can indicate a communication error between the Induction Module, Relay Board, and Control Board.
