Do you mean the first page of a print job? If so, that's normal for a laser printer. The printer has to make sure the fuser is at the correct temperature, then clean and neutralize the drum, the charge the drum prior to exposure. So the first print will always take a few seconds longer that the rest of the print job. If you meant something else, please tell me! And let me know if what I wrote answers your question!
