Electrolux esi 602 dish washer - Spare Parts Availability?

Hi all, I have a Electrolux esi 602 dish (washer built in)the only problems is that the main control knob has come off, the sleeve (type) section at the back of the knob has broken, also the internal plastic spindle and the whole switch unit has dropped down. Is it possible to get this part, or just the knob so that I could replace it myself, the electrical connectors just appear to be simple pull off types? I am in the UK, all help much appreciated. I've got the same problem.
Just found a site - which suggests it might have the knob for £10.52.

If it comes, I'll update !

I have an Electrolux EIFLSS55IIWO Washer. The chrome paint on the selector knob is chipping so Electrolux is sending me 2 new knobs for the washer and matching dryer. Can you please advise how to replace...

Good Morning David,

I see that you are looking to replace the selector knobs for your Electrolux washer, model# EIFLS55IIW as well as your matching dryer. This is typically not a common DIY job, and I do recommend contacting an authorized technician. However, I have found a link on the manufacturers sister website, which I have listed below, that provides a parts breakdown. It will also allow you to enter in the model number of your Electrolux dryer and locate the parts breakdown, as well as, a comprehensive listing of authorized techs in your area. Hope this proves to be helpful!

-Best Regards-

Electrolux dish washer error C03

Hello agusta_bjarn - Are you certain the error code is C03? Could it possibly be E03? If so, typically error code E03 indicates that there is a failure with either the wash motor or motor hall sensor. I suggest checking for suds in the tub and siphoning. A further diagnoses is recommended to have a professional check the wiring between motor and main control board since either part could need replacing.

Electrolux washer displaying error code E5E

Communication problem. Check the wiring between the Main
Control Board and the Speed Control Board. Wiring bad, correct wiring problem. Wiring good, replace the Main Control Board. If the problem is not corrected, replace the Speed Control Board.

My Electrolux DW is not removing all the detergent on the rinse cycle leaving the dishes covered with residue. Any ideas?

The scum, film and white residue problems have started since the reduction of phosphates in dishwasher detergents.

Here is a tip that will help you to solve the problem of films, residue, and scum in your dishwasher.

Electrolux ESI 602 will not fill with water

The float better be inside the tub, at the bottom, it usually only travels a couple of inches up and down... you may have a protective cover in the way of it.

Timer knob on washer broke off leaving the plastic sleeve attache

I did fix this problem myself, I found a heavy duty 'bread tie' type of wire, I tied it around the base of the stuck sleeve and wrapped the loose end of the 'bread tie' around my pliers and pulled very hard and it shot off like a bullet, I am now using my replacement knob..yeah for me..

Goes through cycles but does not clean dishes

Do you know if the washing arms are turning. Normally after the machine fills up the main pump begins and the washer sounds like it is washing dishes. If you carefully open the washer at this point (just a little) it will be eveident that water has been sprayed around inside as it will be dripping everywhere. If not you pump hasn't activated. This does not mean you pump is broken however it could be the pressure level switch sticking and not completing the circuit that starts the pump.
