The green light is off and the brush roll does not spin but it turns on and BARELY picks up anything from the floor as far as suction goes. I've replaced the belt according to instructional videos and put it back together step by step.... so why is it STILL NOT working? Please someone help me out, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

The belt is not on the motor shaft. Remove the head from the motor unit. With the belt centered on the brushroll, turn the belt lifter a full 3/4 turn counterclockwise to stretch the belt up onto the belt lifter finger. ( Look through the back to be sure the belt is streched into a loop over the finger.) Plce the head back on the motor unit and latch it in place, then turn the belt lifter fully clockwise to drop the belt onto the motor shaft. Be sure the brushroll is correctly installed in the head. Setting # 1 should face the floor.

take everything back out and make sure everything looks fine, then carefully put it back in do not force anything or it will bind up.

Even if you have a new belt, do everything this guide tells you to do. The seller may have the power nozzle assembled improperly. If the brushroll is in wrong or the base plate is not on correctly, it may cause these symptoms.
