I do not have any software on my computer anymore for my sandisk mp3 player. how can i redownload the necessary program (s) to be able to remove and download music to my device?

You do not need software to use the Sansa e250. You can simply plug it into your computer, and use it as a portable drive. You can drag your music files directly onto the player from your computers file explorer.
Hope this helps!

Broken Screen

yep - the internal lcd is cracked - must be replaced

broken screens = out of luck - you can call Sandisk the manufacturer, they will tell you the same; you can call Best Buy geek squad, they will tell you the same; you can look up "Mp3 Repair" in your local or online yellow pages - they will tell you the same
sorry

How do i put songs on the mini sd card i bought for my Sandisk sansa connect mp3 player

I'm not sure but you should be able to find the settings for saving data in it's menu and change the location from internal/onboard to memory card.
I hope this helps, and Good Luck.

Mp3 format??? HELP, PLEASE!

I don't know about converting the MP3s to WMAs, but I had the same problem with "corrupt files."
What fixed that for me was instead of dragging and dropping files onto the Sansa, I synchronized them using Windows Media player, but only do 10-20 songs at a time, because if you try to do too many, they probably won't show up. I know it's tedious and annoying, but that's what did it for mine :) I hope this helps.

Can't download music onto my Sansa e250

If you have more than one USB port try another port. If not try downloading Yahoo! Music Jukebox.
