Where can I find better language translation service?give me some suitable idea!

I have not been able to find an English language translation of the user manual for the Osaka Gas heater model 43-450 online. I only find the Japanese language manual (24 pages):

There is a Japanese language online forum, where you may find someone fluent in reading and translating Japanese who will be kind enough to provide you with a translation:

Or, you can look for a translation service (which you will have to pay) to translate the Japanese manual into English. I have no idea where you reside, so I cannot search for any such service in the area of the world where you reside.

First off i got to ask do you have Windows or a Linux based OS on your PC? I was also wondering if your trying to translate to a language like English to Chinese or simply want your computer to have a completely different language on it? I wrote several ideas I had on mind below that can hopefully give you a good start.
In my experience their are several ways to install or configure different languages for a PC. I know that some browsers will come with or provide extensions that translate English to like Chinese or to other languages. I also know that Windows Update will provide language packs for people who need not only their browser translating languages, but also their OS to have a different language.. If your language packs where not hidden when you set up the PC then you can find it by clicking search on Windows Update. If not, then Microsoft should have a site that lets you search for those kind of Windows Updates. Also if your using Linux they give you an option to what language you want when you install their operating system. I don't know your an exact OS so if you need any help just let me know.

You can translate that using Google translate or go to Google type: translate. It's free. If you want more accurate translation for technical matters you can look for localization (globalization) and translation (t10n) agency/companies where they translate any manual/brochure in different languages they specialize like website, pharma, FMCG, services, gadgets, etc.. automotive and cars in your case. Just send the copy of the manual thru their website and they give you a quote within 24-48 hrs based on word count and complexity of language.

Absolutly no idea what it is you are asking, it may be a better idea to ask in your own language, or google translate

You'll be taken to a Web page that gives you instant translation by typing the word 'Grenade' in one box and then click the arrow below the next large box to choose the language you want, then press the Translate button and, voila, it's instant Japanese. ;)

Do you use MS Word 2007? If you're not looking for a professional translation, copy and paste the content or type individual words (links etc) into Word, highlight the text to translate, click Review, Translate and choose your language. As long as you use good English grammar and correct spellings, you can get a pretty reasonable translation. Just copy and paste it into your new website pages.

If you don't use Word 2007, you can also try Yahoo's Babel Fish.

However, if it's a professional translation you need, I would choose a professional translation service. You'll see some online ones listed under Word's translation. Or check out your local Chamber, Business or phone directories for translation companies.
