BRAD: LOOK UNDER HOOD SEE IF YOU CAN FIND THE HORNS THEY SOULD BE IN RIGHT-LEFT FENDERS PULL THE WIRES OFF THERE SOULD BE A PLUS + SIGN AND - GROUND SIGN TAKE A WIRE BEAR BOTH ENDS HOOK ONE END TO HORN-N-OTHER END TO SOMETHING METAL UNDER HOOD ON THE GROUND SIDE ON THE OTHER SIDE THE +PLUS SIDE GET ON WIRE LONG ENUFF TO GO FROM HORN TO INSIDE CAB BEAR BOTH ENDS HOOK TO HORN BUTTON ON OTHER SIDE OF BUTTON PUT OTHER WIRE BEARED AT BOTH ENDS HOOK ONE END OF WIRE TO BUTTON-N-OTHER END TO A FUSE IN FUSE BOX IT SOULD BE ON DRIVERS SIDE OF DAS HOPE THIS HELPED YOU SIGNED PHIL

put a direct feed to the horn if this works then then check relay if fitted and norn push

I am an actual Tomos mechanic, and all of you guys are a bunch of shadetree troglodyte mechanics who think that mopeds are the same thing as motorcycles because you have never actually worked on one.

A Tomos does not have "shift forks" "neutral" or "clutch cable" and the transmission is not built into the crankcase.

A tomos has a 2 speed auto that is a separate unit from the motor itself. it shifts between 1st and second via a centrifugal clutch, so if your having a hard time shifting then you either need new clutch springs and or shim/replace the clutch stones. should only take an hour if you know what you are doing.

Hello: Are you wanting to remove the driver air bag? If so remove the horn pad, that is the drivers air bag, be careful when removing so you don't break the connections for the air bag and horn. You will need a special tool to release the assembly. Tool available at Auto Zone, Advance Auto, or O'Riely.

does it get any power at all. check the main fuse located off the positive batery terminal. check all other fuses also.

its the central google clutch, theres two springs either side and one of these springs must have seized meaning that the clutch can not open up and close, it will always be in gear, i know its a rev and go and you dont have gears but you do, you have a nuetrual and a go when the springs are shut its in nuetral when there open they go, if they are open because of the seized spring the ped is in gear there for you canot turn the engine over by kick starting it. hope i helped :D

Did you check for spark? Also try a new plug.
