Contact Products America either by phone at 800-205-9642 or 800-772-1041 or via email at [email protected] and they should be able to provided a copy of instructions for Childcraft crib with your configuration. They can't look it up by model number so they will need to ask a few questions about the crib but once they've done that they should be able to assist you.
Look at the bottom of the crib and get the model and date of manufacture, then contact Dorel at the info below. Ask for the screws for the type of crib, and if they can mail you the assembly instructions. If they say they don't recognize the model number you have, ask for the number to Dorel Asia. It might be made by them.

We recently put together a PBKids sleigh crib bought on craigslist. the original owner gave us all the old bolts. We actually put the side that DOESN'T say "push" on first. When attaching the "push" side - the one thing we figured out is that you have to fit that side UNDER the rails that are visible on the sides and then pull UP (rather than going down, you have to pull up to fit it in.) that said, the original owner did not give us any bolts/stops to put in the sides that would keep the rail from falling completely to the floor when you push the drop side in. anyone else have suggestions?
