Actually it was possible with few select service providers, but now everything related to security issues is dealt by the Service Provider. Your only option is to call the Service Provider (Your sim card operator/Network operator) and tell them the condition. They should have have "Call Filter Service". In india, Vodafone has a feature with which we can block particular number, but I have no idea about other service providers. You can check out here [Click Here] if you wish to know about Vodafone.

I strongly recommend you to call the customer care of your service provider and tell them your problem with that number, they will definitely help you.
