Printer problem I'm trying to print business cards using Avery Glossy Clean Edge Business cards.When I hit print it gets jammed. It will pick up card stock and print but not the Avery paper.

Rubber.synthetic Rollers worn or bad, try cleaning with solvent before replacing . Look online for roller cleaner.

You can use a different template for either the labels or the business cards, just make sure the labels you choose are the same size as the avery 05161 & the business cards are the same paper eg: glossy etc. The other thing you can do is go to avery.com & download the correct templates.

Try packing it up underneath, with more paper to lift it up closer to pickup rollers

Try placing the business card sheet in the main paper bin instead of the manual feed or adjusting the print orientation from Portrait to Landscape or vice versa.

you could use any matte type of paper or your could contact avery to get a recommended paper type profile for your printer

My problem with alignment was caused by the printer being set to the wrong paper size (A4 not letter). This may not be a solution to the first problem.

Verify no pieces of the card paper are missing and try printing on plain paper to make sure. Then try new card paper and make sure none of the perforations are separated.

Feed sheets through front manuel feed slot.
base tray is mainly for up to 90grm paper,anything heavier
can feed for a time but tends to fault.also try and clean the
paper pick up rollers regularly.
