Electrolux ew1200i hi i emailed one of your colleagues before and he gave me a link to follow to get my user guide and i followed it up to when it said the user, manual guides section at the bottom of the page and click on viola!i couldn`t find any of this and i desperately need this info as iv got SO much washing to do!

I see many posts about Error Codes that aren't in the user manual. Here's what I found: Go to Google and type in "Electrolux Error Codes" and you will find the following site. It details an Electrolux Service Flash that helps with error codes that don't appear in your user manual. Good Hunting! here could be 1 of many faults it could be the drive belt has snapped but in dryer mode if it turns then probally not, always check your filter and look at the back of filter recess to make sure nothing is tangled around pump impeller
