I've been downloading video files and putting them on my sansa using the converter software that came with it. Everything seems to be fine until I play the video. I can hear the video very clearly, but the screen goes completely black. Customer support seems to think that the downloads are corrupted files, but I've several videos from several different sites and get the same results. Any suggestions?

I am having the same problem. The conversion tool looks like it worked and the file is shown on my e270, however when I play it I get sound and a black screen. I downloaded the latest version of Quicktime and tried it again and got the same results.
