Most of the time with these things, the problem spot is not any of the stuff you mentioned. It's a stupid little switching transistor soldered to the mainboard. You can get a ten pack at Radio Shack for like 3 bucks, and there is seldom more than one on the board.

I want schematic for power board No BN91-00182A of View Sonic monitor VA703M-4 and a componet list

tarkan271, Will you please let me know asap when you get a genuine copy of the ViewSonic schematic for the "switch-mode-power-supply" and "inverter" circuit. Don't you know that they are "top secret" documents? You absolutely must do a NEW comment here on fixya if you find some documentation!! My suggestion to you would be to call ViewSonic and ask them if you can get a .pdf file sent to your e-mail address of the schematic and BOM. Good freaking luck, guy!! 12fixlouie

Mag Monitor LT776s 17 flat

Sounds like an inverter problem. If the power supply is internal replace the capacitors coming out of the voltage regulators. These are usually 1000mf and/or 470mf. If that doesn't do the trick look up the numbers on the 8-pin chips that drive the secondary transformers on the inverter to see if they are getting the right voltages.
Good Luck!

Sceptre X9G-Komodo IV

I recently came accross one of these monitors (Planar PE191M) with the identical issue. The resolution was to replace the two 470ufd 25V capacitors that are located on the main power board. The main power board also contains the audio circuit and more importantly the inverter circuit that drives the CCFL backlighting. The suspect caps were identified using an ESR meter; if you happen to have one of these meters you can confirm this is the issue with your unit(s), alternatively you can just replace the two capacitors and see if it resolves your issue. Hope this info helps someone out there.

19"ViewSonic LCD Monitor wont work at all !!

If you have the pc on and the monitor light stays green, take a flashlight to the screen. If you can see the images while shining the flashlight into the screen, they will be hard to see but they will be viewable, then its most likely the back light. The vx900 takes 4 bulbs and they are about $12 US each. Anyone who knows how to solder should be able to replace them.
