Just got a new LG 9900. The contact list was uploaded to the new phone. Now want to remove all the contacts from the 6100. The menu allows for erase one at a time. Any suggestions?
If you go into the security feature under Settings ( the code is usually the last 4 digits of your phone number) there is a feature to erase contacts.

For most LG phones, go into menu - settings&tools - system - security. Put in your security code (its usually 0000 or 1234 or the last 4 digits of your phone number). There should be a choice to erase all contacts.
Don't forget to erase all your downloaded pictures as well as your call logs.
Good Luck. - Joe

Phones usually have a facotry reset option somewhere in the settings menu. This might erase your contacts. It will probably also reset your settings for sending/rMSeceiving SMS, MMS etc too, so make sure you have your settings noted if you want to keep using the phone. A different option might be to connect via computer using cable or bluetooth, and erase all contacts using some phone management software, if your phooe was quipped with such.
