Black lines are appearing on the top and bottom of projection,.

I have an Infocus LP335 used primarily for meetings and presentations in the office. I noticed two large thick black lines that a appear on the top and bottom of the projection whenever we turn the machine on. I have already re-adjusted the bulb and checked the resolution of my laptop, but the lines remain. Any suggestions?

Try factory reset in the menu. if that doesn't help, it could be the light tunnel, but infocus doesn't have parts for the lp3xx series anymore.

Where could I get the plastic lens for my infocus 61md10

Remove the little plastic lens and throw it away. There is no replacement available anyway. Reassemble the tv and it should work fine. Mine has been good for quite a while now.

Image has bend at top of screen

first reset the setting to factory default. if it persists on a regular image too, either the lens, the tunnel or something else in the optical engine is damaged (from a fall?).

Lp335 in focus projector lamp not turning on; spark switch gap is sparking

It could be the lamp. I have seen this many times on DLP'S. If the ballast is firing it which is usually around 600 volts or so, then i would say it is fine, and only needs a lamp. Let me know if that helped you. Later Jay
