Question about Canon PowerShot A85 Digital Camera

1 Answer

White background in real world turns purple or magenta in digital photo

My slightly over one-year old Canon PowerShot A85 still works okey except that anything white in the real world becomes purple or magenta in the digital photo. Has anyone experienced this problem and found the solution?

Call the 800 number. Originally the A85 wasn't included in the repair recall, but they added it in 2006. I had the same problem. Hope this helps!
