I have had a problem with my Naga III X20G LCD. The problem is this, when i move the mouse at the left side of panel a large vertical line goes all across the panel from top to bottom, and when i move the mouse over ther vertical line (a 5cm wide) new horizontal lines come acoss all the monitors, however when i move out the mouse cursor from that part the lines dissapear, sometimes when i load a program like excel or word the vertical lines comes up without moving the mouse. I have noticed also that when i place the mouse cursor over the vertical line, it takes a little (about 200ms) to show up the horizontal line, weird huhg? Anyway a friend who is a technician told me the problem is with the LCD graphic card (i didnt know LCD had graphic card), so my question is, is there a way to fix this? which part or component do i need to replace to make it work? Also another question, the LCD have some scracths on the panel, and I saw some of those iclear from Apple to remove scratchs from LCD's, will this help me to really remove the scraths?
Yeah, there it... It's called a AD board. It that piece of component were you plugged your VGA or DVI cables to it. Panel scratchs repair kits, not recommended. Beside your panel could be already damaged by this problems you had. Replacing the AD board gonna cost you though...any where from $70.00 or more... My recommendation, just get a new one...saved you the headached and $$$.
Have a nice day!
