Here are some steps you can take when your dishwasher does not drain:
First, check the dishwasher filter and make sure it isn't clogged.Your owner's manual will have simple instructions on how to access and clean your dishwasher's filter.
Next, check the drain hose. Does it look flattened or kinked? Do you see any sharp bends? If so, straighten out the hose with your hands and manipulate it so that it regains its rounded shape.
If your dishwasher drains through the garbage disposal, try running the garbage disposal for a bit to process and clear any food. If that does not get the machine draining, you may have a deeper clog. However, most drain hoses clog either at the main household sink drain line connection or the garbage disposal connection.
Does your dishwasher spray your dishes, but it does not advance to the next stage and drain the dirty water? The timer controls the start of the draining process, so you may need an entirely new timer or a new motor for the timer. Repair service is recommended.
In some dishwashers, standing water is caused by a valve that fails to open and allow the water to drain out. This valve is controlled a solenoid that the timer controls. A malfunctioning solenoid could be the problem.

Don't. Just attach your hose and the end of the Bosch hose together. Just wind up the Bosch hose and tape it to the back of the machine.

This is generally because of a stuck diverter solenoid. The water goes to the pump and then is either sent to the wash arms or the drain. Also, check the drain.
