I have The Same Problem With My I Use A Use And Plug it Up To The Computer I use The Wall Charger To But It's Not Charging, I Don't Know What To Do? Can Anyone Help Me?
Along the right side of it (on the edge) there should be an on/off switch. It will be below the "record" button and above the speaker. Switching it up should turn it on.
If that doesn't work, then the battery may be dead, in which case you should plug it into the wall (using the wall charger it came with) and let it charge fully before trying to do anything with it.
You can also charge it using the cable that connects it to the computer, but it will charge much more slowly when it's plugged into the computer than when it's plugged into the wall.
Hi it very much sounds like the on board batttery is not charged up, (not charging) hence when you plug into the PC it gets it supply from the USB 5Volts and plays as normal
One thing that I have found that works is that you slide the switch to the "ON" position, but don't press play to turn it on all the way. Do this BEFORE plugging it into your computer. I have had the mp3 player fro a year or two and I have charged it about 15-20 times.
it never gets fully charged and yes i think so....
