Re:
YOU CAN TRY REMOVING THE LOWER RACK AND LIFT OFF THE SPRAYER. THE DRAINAGE WHOLE IS USUALLY VISABLE. YOU CAN FLUSH OUT THE DRAIN TO SEE IF THAT DOES IT.
THERE SHOULD BE NO STANDING WATER IN THE BOTTOM OF YOUR DISH WASHER AFTER WASH CYCLE AND DRY CYCLE.
HOPE I COULD HELP.

There should be an upper spray arm to wash the upper rack, it may be stuck. Look at its position, run the machine a few seconds and see if it moved. The spray nozzles on the arm often get clogged with food particles. the pipe feeding the spray arm has to extend when you pull the rack out and retracts when you push it in. Make sure it works properly and has not disconnected.
If kitchen side drains are clear then there might be some blockage in the pump system. Check the drain pump is working during drain cycle. If you can hear the pump but the water does not go away then you need to check filters at base of dishwasher. Beyond that you will have to open the pump assembly to look for debris.
Are the dishes wet? If they are then maybe the dishwasher was over loaded and the spray jets were not able to wash the dishes. Check the jets to make sure they are not obstructed. If nothing else then the pump is not circulating the water to wash the dishes. Good Luck
Pl check the small filter fitted near the water inlet hose. Probably you may have to pull this filter as this is housed in the threaded pipe attached to the body.
Remove the hose from the machine and try flushing. see whether you get sufficinet pressure from over-head tank!
Clean the filter with tooth brush or reverse clean. Do no for get to fit rubber washer.
What you will find is that the plastic nut fixed on the back panel that the top drawer pushes into has lost the rubber inner layer. Replace and your problem is solved
I couldn't lift off the sprayer--is there a trick to that?
