I have unusual problem with my pixma. It pumps black ink from black photo cartrige into yellow. My yellow ink becomes black and black cartrige becomes empty!
I solved the problem by purchasing canon cartridges not remanufactured and the problem was solved.

black ink is bleeding into yellow tank on my i900D printer.
Exactly the same trouble, also red is polluted with black ink.
May be black ink cartridge not well sealed ? Printing black has low
quality now (even after full clean instruections)
