Our machine keeps cutting off incoming faxes or doesn't receive at all. What can we do to correct this problem? Our fax is hooked up to a HandiTrac system. Thank you! Patricia Bohn
What is the error code? I suspect something is barging in on the line. Try it on another line with nothing else attached.
