SOURCE: mig welder powers up but only clicks when trigger is squeezed

1] Remove the power cable from the power. (socket on the wall) remove the top cover there should be a fuse located on the wiring panel.
2] perform all your house keping- like, all plugs and socket are tight, the correct contact tip with the the right wire size, roller/s are also the correct ones for the wire size and are turning if they are turning but not feeding the wire, then, the rollers need to be tightend , get back to us.

SOURCE: i have a Clarke weld

I do not know of a US source for these Clarke EN130 Wire drive wheel parts. I don't know of any interchangeable subs either. Your welder was made in Italy and the wheel drive is metric.
This is probably your best bet in trying to find any parts for it:

My clarke 100en will not strike an arch ...is there a wireing diagram that shows were the wires conect inside from the trigger button

To check if there is a signal from the switch on the gun, depress the switch and the wire should start to move out. If it does, the main board has a fault, if it doesn't, it may be a faulty switch.

Dear sir turbo weld 100en.need tip size, could worn tip cause constant wire breakage?it breaks on entry t o hose, just after tensioner.with thanks mally.

tip size depends on the size of wire you are using, worn tip doesnt help wire break unless its kinking up after feed rollers.check the tennsion of feed rollers, check wire on roll for nicks(have seen bad rolls of wire from factory).
