I am having a problem with one of my Printers, it is a brand new printer, Model Canon Image CLASS MF 3222. It was running alright for about 2 weeks, now it displays on Printer LCD ( System Error 225 ).

E225 - CIS lamp has a fault.
- Turn the power OFF and then back ON.
- Replase the CIS unit.

Before any replacement - try to check all cables for wear and all connections of scanner.

eror 225 relates to a paper jam. It might be a tiny tearoff, rather than a larger pice of paper.

hi there... try this if it'll work... go to control panel and click on add printers/scanners... look for brand / model of your copier, w/c is canon laserbase MF3220, from the given option that will appear on your screen.... this may take awhile just wait for it to install your machine...
