Hope that this works.
Try uninstalling the driver for this PCI device first then run the Executable file to load the new drivers. Don't search for the drivers. Run the executable file to load it.

Thanks alot, the drivers work in Win95 THANKS ALOT, its just that it is a little different in installation process, i followed the readme file in there. Haseeb.
