I'm instaling NFS the Run and in 100% it finds a disc read error. What i need to do?

Have you solved this problem? I met the same problem. A clean CD doesn't work because I can't insert any CD.

This error is common with copies. Burn the disc at a low speed.

This disc is damaged.

An, "Error 1305" message mean that; your computer is unable to read the "Program Disc" properly.

This error can occur if your CD or DVD is damaged, dirty, or caused by dust.

This can happen, if another program is "preventing your computer from reading the "Program!"
You will also receive this error if the "Disc Drive" is damaged or dirty.
Try cleaning the "Disc" first!
"Use a Disc Cleaner, to clean the CD-ROM / DVD Drive.
Place the "Program Disc in the Disk Drive; then "Restart the Computer!"
This will have the CD, or DVD start-up {Automatically}.
Next, you can try to start the "Disc" by using the "Auto-Run."
To do so; place the 'Disc' in the "Disc Drive Tray."
Next, [right click] on the "Computer Icon" to open the 'computer window'.
Now, right click, on the Disc Drive, and select the either, "Open, Explore or {Auto-run}.
Hopefully it will start.
Repeat each action if necessary!

Now we need to talk about your video chip. You haven't listed what you have for video in your computer so I can only give you general help. Try the following and if you need more help post back with you specific video chip make and model.

1. download / install 3D-Analyze (http://www.3dfxzone.it/files?object=3dfx&objid=100)
2. select (.exe) program
3. check Emulate HW TnL
4. check Force SW TnL Caps
5. click run

You may end up having to get a DirectX 9.0c compliant card from Nvidia (Geforce) or AMD/ATI (Radeon)

thats a problem with the disk somtimes its because it was made wrong

that game has some problems it will not run in your computer.

Try reinstalling, if that doesnt help, try to update your game, or if you had updated the time it didnt work, don't update. That might solve your problem. If it doesn't you should check wether your system has the minimum requirements for the game and wether your graphics card is supported or not. I'd recommend canyourunit.com, but you have to install a browser plugin for it to work. If you don't want that, you should find some other sites. If nothing helps, you should return the disc to the shop that sold it to you, and get another one. If that doesn't wok either, I'm out of solutions...
