I dropped my camera while I was on the plane to Brazil :(. When I picked it up and turned it back on, and the LCD would display everything inverted. However, I can still take pictures and when I transfer the pics from the memory card to a computer, or if I put my memory card in someone elses camera the pictures turn out fine. So its just the display. Does anyone know what could be causing this and how I could fix it?
The cables connecting the display to the main board of the camera have probably come a bit loose. You can see a similar issue if you plug a computer monitor only half way in to the computer. If you're good with electronics you may be able to just take it apart yourself, and check the wires for the display. If you're not, I suggest you take it to a local repair shop.
