My zoom lenses appears to be stuck in the out position. I thought maybe it needed a charge and I did that and the camera will not turn on nor will the zoom go in or out automatically like it did. It looks to me like it is jammed so it clicks when you attempt to turn it on. I also tried removing the battery and installing it and that didn't do anything either. I'm afraid to take the camera apart so I haven't done anything else to it. Do you have any suggestions or can you recommend an authorized dealer that I can bring it to in order to be fixed? Thank you in advance for any help, Julianne
If ur lens is stuck u are going to have to send it in to be repaired.
