try to look on the input tray maybe there are some foreign object that might block the paper, because this kind of printer has a durable pick up roller.
Nothing to adjust feed mechanics. If it's temporaly print, you must feeed paper 1 by 1, and when printer grab paper, push paper by hand. If it's routine print, you can adjust the pick up rubber at paper feedr mechanic. Add double tape ( 1 mm, soft) below top rubber. I have done it, and printer can grab/feed paper up to 350 grams.

I suggest you get a sheet of Card Stock (Heavy
paper) and place it in the feed way. Then press the print
button applying a slight amount of pressure on the Card Stock so it
will feed through the printer. The reason for this, is in some cases I
have been able to clear the paper track of debris that was deposited there
over time.
Worth a try, as I have fixed a number of printers this
way, saving costly repairs.
Hope this helps.Bud

gears below the paper feeding tray are damaged or some dust particle have blocked the gears try to clean it by blowing the dust use normal greece (oily substance) between the gears so that they can move frequently to pull the paper, and if the gears are damaged you have to change the gears.
HI this is happening to me right now too-- try this-- I'm not sure if it's going to work-- but it's worth a shot.
On your computer, go to a print menu to print a document.
click on properties
go to maintenance tab
try the quiet/sleep mode
also, try going to custom and slow down the printing allowing for a little extra dry time.
reason I suggest it: my printer is doing the same, it's almost like the auto sheet feeder (only on the right side--why paper is grabbing weird) is grabbing too quickly. When in sleep mode, it seems to slow it down a little. I've also been printing 1 page at a time. I'm not saying this is a permanent fix, but at $50 for a pack of ink-- hopefully if you can't fix it-- it can get you to use up the last of the ink you have incase you decide to get a new printer.
There IS something stuck in the feed path. If the paper starts to feed and then crinkles on the feed side, there is an object stopping the paper moving forward.
Lay the machine on it's back and take a sheet of very stiff card (A5 size approx) and push it through the paper path in reverse. So start where the paper would normally exit and push the card in. You may need to lift the pinch rollers just behind the print head by hand to aid the card through. Keep the card to the side that would normally crinkle but beware of the paper sensor flag. If you force it you could break it off.
Once you get past the pinch rollers behind the print head, push a little further then start to move the card in and out but along the length of the rollers. You should find that sufficient to push out whatever is in the path and having the machine on it's back will help it fall clear of the feed mechanism.
If it does not fall out using this method you will have to remove the covers and try to remove the ASF to get at the object.
I've had this error for the last 2 months and periodically tried to fix it.
- I finally read a suggestion to try to push something thicker than a plain sheet of paper through. I cut a side of a manilla folder into a 8.5"x11" and let the printer try to grab it during a copy. After doing it's normal "grab the right side until it's skewed and stop", I continued to try to push it through. I wasn't able to push it to the printing area, but I saw that a piece of something (not much bigger than a bread crumb) came out of the feeder into the interior print area.
- I tried another copy, and it was very slightly improved but still skewing and jamming the paper. Suggest unplugging it before performing this...I then lifted the interior piece of plastic (white color for my Pixma MP 150 - which would be located above the paper as it was fed into the print area) slightly to allow any jammed items to come through. Out comes small pieces and then a larger piece of cracker (about the size of 1/4 a cheez-it). Ok I feel dumb, but I'm glad I found something.
I picked out the crumbs and did a careful vacuum in the interior and exterior paper feed. Slight warning: The foam bottom below the ink is not secured and will get sucked up by the hose. And note, that I did try vacuuming the intake and interior previously with no improvement. The nozzle on my vacuum is too large to get into the bottom of the exterior intake.
- For good measure, I also picked up the printer and turned it upside down and shook vigorously in a couple angles. I saw a couple more small crumbs come out.
- My printer is now feeding the paper correctly and successfully made a copy/print.
i am having the same problem and after looking it over, something is not feeding it thru the beginning of the paper starting in. if i pust 1 sheet down far enough to grab the paper it will print one page at a time. I have been unable to determine what is not feeding at the beginning yet.
