I bought what was supposed to be a brand new, unused phone through eBay, but I'm wondering if it was dropped because I can only hear the person I'm calling when I put them on speakerphone. No speakerphone, no sound -- dialing or anything else.
Hi Your inner earphone was damaged or loosing contact or the based contact the earphone piece terminal to mainboard has been broken. You need to open the phone and replace this part.
