Whenever i'm using internet i cannot able to download the single file eg.operamini , ebuddy.By clicking Download it showing 'operation failed' error how to overcome this one?

hey, brother actually you don't need any antivirus for zylo because it is operated by sony ericsson software and no virus can touch your fone sop uninstall any anti virus. This is not a symbian fone so don't worry and enjoy SonyEricsson fone.

you may have to reinstall the O.S of the Phone.
They call it upgrading the Firmware and that will fix the issue!
And don't delete any files which are hidden under the folder " System"
That causes this issue
do not alter some
files in the phone and it ll not allow u to use any applications and games apart
from walkman and the Internet browser!
