1 Set your Bluetooth phone to discover the
headset by following your phone's guide.
Typically, the steps involve going to the Settings,
Connection, or Bluetooth menu on your
phone and then selecting the option to discover
Bluetooth devices.
Your phone will find the Samsung WEP200
headset.
2 Select Samsung WEP200.
3 When the phone asks if you want to pair with it,
confirm by selecting Yes or OK.
4 Enter the headset passkey or PIN, 0000.

Have you put your heaset in paring mode prior to trying to pair it with your phone (or computer, or any other bluetooth enabled device)? If not, start with it turned off. Then, press and hold the MFB (Multi-Function Button) for some 8 seconds, until the indicator light is steadily lit. It is in pairing mode now. Make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a while, the WEP200 should appear on-screen. Make it connect. If a paring code (or PIN, or passkey) is required, enter '0000' (four zeros).
Hope it works for you.
By the way, if your headset's user guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location.

Hold the front button on the WEP200 for about 15-20 seconds, the blue light will be steady and your phone will be able to pair and connect with the headset, passcode is 0000
i found out that if you turn the bluetooth off and then turn it back, while turning it back on hold it until solid blue light and then try 2 connect with your blackberry i jus got mine and threw my instructions out. and i did this and it worked and if it should ask for a passcode i used 0000.
YOu will have to put the headset in pairing mode by keeping the power button pressed till the light becomes solid blue instead of blinking. Now switch on the blue tooth of your mobile and try pairing,. it should work. passcode will be 0000
It worked with my iphone also, i have WEP250. First u need to turn off bluetooth on the phone also, then turn off tooth, then push and hold till solid blue light comes up, then turn on blue tooth on the fone, it finds it in 2 sec, passcode 0000
when you turn on the WEP200, you must continue to hold the button down until the blue light goes solid, that indicates pairing mode. Now, have your device search for it.
